Just had a heart attack and needed to my credit in order. I went on line thought I had just purchased my 3 credit reports and paid $32.95.

Today I see there is a $19.95 charge. So I call and explain there is a mistake but I am told that somewhere in the terms and conditions I clicked when trying to get my 3 credit reports I signed up for monthly monitoring! The charge just went on so I asked them to kindly cancel as it was not something I was aware of but he refused so I asked to speak to a supervisor who would not consider a refund even when I explained that it was confusing and I just want the 3 reports. He pretty much kept repeating himself about the policy.

So there is no room for human error. I went back to see where I maybe Got trapped and tried to recreate just buying the report and I am not sure what I should have done different. I explained I cant afford it as I need the money to get the kids into school etc. as I have not been working- They don't care.

I am sure the people that are profiting off my $19.95 will be out shopping for school clothes when I am not. The $19.95 is not going to really change the situation but how greedy is the world can't forgive $19.95

Reason of review: Unclear Process.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Location: Issaquah, Washington
